Can I request something that isn’t in the shop?

Yes. Share the object you have in mind, approximate size, materials, quantity, and your date. We’ll review what’s possible and work out a quote before payment.
Can one project combine several making methods?

That’s part of the fun. A design might combine laser-cut parts, a printed detail, and a 3D-printed component. The material and finish need to suit each process; we’ll work through those details with you.
What should I send for a personalized project?
Artwork & files
Send the original artwork when possible, exact spelling, and the size you want. A clear photo of handwriting or a sketch is a good starting point. We’ll confirm what can be reproduced before making it.
Can I ask about settings for a particular machine?

Absolutely. Include the exact model, material, thickness, and the result you’re trying to achieve. Settings depend on the setup and material; we’ll only publish a tested recipe when we can document it. Manufacturer guidance remains the starting point.
