Shipping

Delivery timing and shipping costs are confirmed in your custom quote. Ready-to-buy product listings will include their own processing times when the collection launches.

Returns & custom orders

For a custom project, we’ll agree on the design and order terms before payment. Contact us with questions about an order or a problem with an item.

Your privacy

When you send a custom request, we save your name, email, and project details so we can respond. Machine and craft questions are reviewed privately; only questions we answer and approve become public, and your email stays private. When you place an order, Stripe handles payment details; we keep the order information and delivery details needed to fulfill it. We don’t store your card number.

Our site uses a local shopping bag on your device and a secure cookie for owner sign-in. Request security logs use hashed network addresses for temporary rate limiting. Cloudflare hosts the site and its data; Stripe processes checkout. Google Fonts and manufacturer photographs in the machine showcase may receive standard network information when your browser loads those resources.
